We take great care to find out what your style is and incorporate your colors, flower choices, etc.
into the buffet design. Our buffets are tended for excellent service.

A creamy blend of Gorgonzola Cheese, Cream Cheese and seasonings torted with basil pesto and roasted pine nuts.

Tender braised chicken breasts served with a light, chicken broth based, sauce with artichoke hearts, capers and mushrooms.
